Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Surf Ranch Resort was full of ups and downs. While the ambiance and pool area were lovely, the service left a lot to be desired, especially regarding our reservation mix-up. The food was hit-or-miss and definitely not what I expected for the price we paid, but the room was comfortable overall. There’s potential here, but they need to address a few noticeable issues.
My stay at Surf Ranch had its highs and lows. On the positive side, the location felt like a hidden jungle oasis, and the vibe was energetic with music and activities. However, the service was inconsistent, and the overall experience fell short of expectations, especially regarding room comfort and value for money.
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were poorly maintained and not as described, making it uncomfortable. The service was lacking, and I felt like I was a burden when asking for help. The location is somewhat remote, and I had to deal with unexpected costs for transportation. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a positive experience.
